our high-purity graphite materials are divided into three categories according to different production methods:

Molded high-purity graphite. Molded graphite has a wide range of properties in terms of mechanical strength, friction resistance, density, hardness, electrical conductivity, etc., and can be further developed by impregnating resin or metal.

High-purity graphite formed by isostatic pressing. Isotropic graphite with fine particle cold isostatic pressing has the following characteristics: good electrical and thermal conductivity, high strength at high temperature, small coefficient of thermal expansion, self-lubricating, high temperature resistance, acid, alkali and salt resistance, corrosion resistance, high bulk density, easy processing, etc. . It has been widely used in industry, such as monocrystalline silicon drawing, polycrystalline silicon production and ingot casting, electric discharge machining, metal continuous casting, precious metal smelting, vacuum furnace, high temperature corrosion-resistant container and the characteristics of this product Other related purposes, etc.

Extruded high-purity graphite. It can be used in hot pressing molds, ordinary casting molds, centrifugal casting molds, die-casting molds, etc. Performance: heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, good thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient, and low wettability to molten metal.
