I. Sealing Applications (Primary Use: Flange Gaskets)
1. Valve Packing:
Used as packing rings for valve stems to ensure a tight seal and prevent leakage.
2. End-face Seals:
Used for pumps, heat exchangers, and reaction vessels.
3. Flange Gaskets:
Cut into graphite gaskets for sealing pipe flanges and pressure vessel flanges in chemical plants, power stations, and heating pipelines. These gaskets withstand high temperatures and pressures, serving as a replacement for asbestos gaskets. Reinforced graphite sheets (with metal inserts) are typically used for high-pressure operating conditions.Used for manufacturing Preformed Pressure seal, and Soot Blower seal sets.
4. Expansion Joint and Manhole Cover Gaskets.
II. Thermal Management and Heat Dissipation
1. Electronic Heat Dissipation:
Used as heat spreaders for mobile phones, laptops, LED components, and power battery heat sinks to facilitate rapid heat transfer.
2. New Energy Batteries:
Used for thermal conduction and heat equalization within energy storage battery packs.
III. Other Industrial Applications
1. Electrical Conductivity and Corrosion Resistance:
Used as conductive gaskets or anti-corrosion linings, including in certain types of electrolytic equipment.
2. Molds and High-Temperature Tooling:
Used for mold release, thermal insulation, and cushioning.
3. Flame Retardancy and Thermal Insulation:
Used as thermal insulation gaskets for high-temperature equipment.

1. Flexibility and Ease of Processing:
The material is soft and can be easily cut, stamped, or bent, making it convenient to fabricate into various types of gaskets and packing components.
2. High-Temperature Resistance:
Suitable for long-term use at temperatures up to 450°C in atmospheric environments, and up to 3000°C in vacuum or inert atmospheres. It remains stable at low temperatures without becoming brittle or cracking.
3. Excellent Sealing Performance:
Features good compression and recovery properties, allowing it to conform to irregular sealing surfaces (such as flanges) and effectively prevent media leakage. Metal-reinforced graphite sheets offer even higher pressure-bearing capacity.
4. Chemical Corrosion Resistance:
Resistant to most acids, bases, salts, and organic solvents (with the exception of strong oxidizing agents, such as concentrated).
5. Asbestos-Free and Eco-friendly:
Contains no asbestos or other hazardous substances, meeting environmental protection standards.
6. Low density, light self-weight.
7. Thermal and Electrical Conductivity:
Exhibits excellent thermal conductivity in the horizontal plane, while also being electrically conductive.
